Usual answers

Personal Full Report. The $8 USD one-time purchase is Joshua's 50+ page personalized report for one birth name and birthday. The PDF is available for immediate download on the success page, and we attempt to email a copy. Month Plan the Personal Full Report is purchased separately from membership.
Month Plan. The whole house opens after Stripe checkout: maps, Month-Ahead Briefing/PDF, and Month Calendar. The Personal Full Report is a separate $8 purchase. Cancel from Manage billing; access continues through the paid period.
Delivery or duplicate-charge problem. Write from the order email. Include the product, approximate purchase date, and Stripe or Bitcoin method. Never send a card number or password.
Refund policy. Successfully accessed digital products are non-refundable. Failed or duplicate delivery will be restored, resent, or refunded.
Morning Briefing. Stop the daily email from Unsubscribe, or while signed in from Your account. That does not delete the account.
Delete account. Sign in, then Delete account. You type DELETE and your password. That removes the account, birth data, sessions, chat, and the briefing list for that email.
