The High Priestess is the Moon’s card: memory, tide, the knowledge that will not be forced. She does not argue. She waits until you are quiet enough to hear what you already know. Javane reads 2 as partnership and receptivity — the second who makes the first possible — and on the triangle this is also the inner temple. Gimel is the camel: the crossing between pillars, the long drink stored for a desert you have not named yet.
